To return goods for any reason please call or e-mail our customer services
department who will give you a returns authorisation number relating to
the purpose of the return to be displayed on the parcel.
Goods without returns authorisation no. will not be accepted.
Goods returned must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Goods must be returned at the expense of the consumer by registered means
or we can arrange collection of the goods for which carriage will be charged
to the consumer.
The cost of carriage For Your wall has incurred for sending
the goods to the consumer will be deducted from the refund.
Goods returned for reasons relating to a fault will be returned to the
consumer at the cost of For Your wall as long as they conform
to the relevant criteria.
Faulty Goods
Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt.
(See returns policy).
For Your wall cannot accept responsibility after this period.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance
with the consumer's requirements.
For Your wall will in no way be liable for any costs incurred due
to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees, time taken from
place of employment, fuel consumption etc.
Refunds
All products carry a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee (exc. carriage).
This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
The fixture must not have been installed or modified in any way and must
be returned in its original packaging complete with any bulbs and any other
parts supplied. (See returns policy).
We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.
