Why won't my image upload?
Check that you have selected the correct image from your computer. Check that the image is not larger than 10MB in size. Check that the image is .jpg, .gif, .tiff or .png (other formats are not supported at this time).

Why doesn't my image display when it is uploaded?
Make sure that the image is .jpg, .gif, .tiff or .png (other formats are not supported at this time).

Is it possible for me to email the image to you?
Yes it's possible to submit images via email. If you choose to submit an image by email, please save it as a supported file type and send it to images@foryourwall.co.uk

Can I see what the final canvas will look like before you print it?
Yes. When we have made the artwork with your image, we will email you a proof of the final print. We won't send the image to be printed until you have confirmed you are happy with it.

Why does the image I have received look different from the website image?
Colours may vary from monitor to monitor and when it comes to print, we aim to have the final product as close to the original as possible.

How secure is the online purchasing?
We want our customers' shopping experience to be enjoyable and safe. You can use our shopping cart facility just as you would with any other major online retailer. All transactions remain secure and all personal details provided will be used solely for the use of the purchase and will never be used outside of For Your Wall or disclosed to any third party. In terms of payment we can accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. Personal cheques are also accepted with mail orders.

How long does delivery of order take?
We aim to have your item at your door within 7 working days but please allow up to 10 days for full production and delivery.

What happens if I wish to place an order but would rather not use your online store?
Although our shopping cart is secure, we do accept that some people do not wish to do business over the internet. In these circumstances we are able to either take a credit card order by telephone, or can accept orders via mail order with a personal cheque.

How do I make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may request a full credit or refund. Please see our refund policy page for full details.
